Scott Turnage, host of the G3 Sportsman shows off this monster 6 1/2lb smallmouth caught in March 2009 on the Tennessee River out his G3 1756 CC.
This brute was caught while using live shad on a 7ft Team All Star rod, Pflueger Supreme spinning reel, and 8lb Trilene XT line. The 1756 was perfect for drift fishing the river and manuevering in and out of creeks.
What a day!
