I Started out trying to catch large mouth bass but not much action, so I broke for lunch and retied my lines with some alternate lures I needed practice with. Lake was a little rough so I fished wind blown points casting from the shallow into the 20 foot range and slowly bounced and reeled the swim bait toward the boat. The hook set and fight was fantastic and the confidence I gained with lures I dont often use is priceless
